These questions are designed to help me get to know you better and focus our coaching sessions to your unique needs. Answering them is completely optional, and there are no right or wrong responses. Feel free to express yourself however you'd like—whether that's with a few words or a novel.

You’ll notice that there are a bunch of questions to help get you thinking about different areas that might be important. Answer whatever seems valuable to you, and skip any questions that don't click with you. If you want to skip a question just put anything in the blank, like a letter or an emoji to move on.
